MasalaView is a Desi OTT platform that provides streaming of Indian entertainment content, including movies, web series, shows, and user-submitted content.
We host both:

  • Original content owned and/or licensed by us

  • User-submitted content, for which the uploader is solely responsible

  • Curated/embed content from third-party public platforms (e.g. YouTube, Dailymotion)

2. User-Generated Content

Registered users may upload or submit content to MasalaView. By doing so, users affirm that:

  • They own the rights to the content or have permission to upload it

  • They are fully responsible for the content, including any copyright, trademark, or legal issues

  • They grant MasalaView a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and monetize the content (if applicable)

MasalaView does not pre-screen user uploads. We are not liable for any content uploaded by users. Any violations must be reported for review and action.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

MasalaView respects copyright laws. We:

  • Monetize only our original or licensed content

  • Do not claim ownership over videos embedded from public sources

  • Take no responsibility for the legality or originality of user-uploaded content

4. Content Removal Policy

MasalaView reserves the right to:

5. Monetization

MasalaView monetizes:

  • Only content that is created, commissioned, or owned by us, or

  • Content explicitly approved for monetization by verified uploaders

We do not monetize embedded content from third-party platforms or unauthorized user uploads.

MasalaView provides content “as-is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor can we be held liable for:

  • User-uploaded content

  • Accuracy, reliability, or legality of embedded third-party videos

  • Damages arising from platform usage or content exposure

Our site may include content and links to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube). We are not responsible for the availability or content of these platforms and do not endorse or control them.
